YOUR TASKS
Independently carry out and monitor technical screen-printing processes (e.g., conductive pastes, functional materials, multilayer structures)
Develop and optimize new printing processes in close collaboration with R&D and production
Perform quality control and analyze print results (e.g., microscopy, electrical testing)
Contribute to transferring new products from prototype stage into series production
Select, calibrate, and maintain screen-printing machines and tools
Train employees and customers on the specifics of screen printing
